How to reset an octopus-mini

I received an email from Octopus telling me how to reset my octopus mini, I can now see my live DATA

Make sure its connecting to a 2.4ghz band wifi signal, could you also do the following
1. Start with the Home Mini unplugged.
2. Press and hold the button on the top of your Home Mini, while holding down the button, plug it in near your smart meter and within WiFi range. It should start flashing red.
3. Release the button after the LED stops flashing red and starts flashing pink/purple, it will usually take 15-20 seconds.
4. Wait a minute or two until it flashes blue.
5. Once it starts flashing blue scan the QR code and follow the journey in the app.
